Government and Communities: Strengthening Neighbourhoods Together - Policy dialogue is a relatively new technique for building a shared vision and operational frameworks among governments and communities. In the spirit of action research, ANC created a policy dialogue to intentionally explore the neighbourhood strengthening process across the continuum of collaboration: sharing information (easiest level of difficulty), setting common directions, consolidating administrative procedures and solving problems (hardest level of difficulty).
